The Two-Level Invitation Protocol

Though membership in MAD'B is by invitation only, it is not open to the public.

MAD'B is a private community built on trust, not applications. Every member joins through a genuine relationship with someone already inside the network. Our membership is intentionally limited to two levels of trust. 


Level 1 - Founders invite entrepreneurs they personally know into the Founders' Circle. 


Level 2 - Those members may then invite entrepreneurs they personally know into Their Circle. 


The invitation chain ends there. There is no third level, no public registration, and no unlimited referrals. This two-level invitation model ensures every member joins through a trusted relationship, thereby creating a community where every introduction carries credibility and every connection starts with trust.

On the last Saturday of every month, our members come together for an evening of networking beginning at 5:00 PM, followed by a vibrant social gathering.


It's an opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new entrepreneurs through trusted introductions, celebrate successes, exchange ideas, and enjoy the company of like-minded people.

Who can join MAD'B?

MAD'B is open to entrepreneurs, business owners, startup founders, investors, and CXOs who are actively building or contributing to businesses. Membership is by invitation only.

How do I become a member?

Every new member must be invited or referred by an existing MAD'B member or founders. Once referred, the Founding Team reviews the application to ensure the applicant aligns with the values and culture of the community.

Why is MAD'B invitation only?

We believe trust is the foundation of meaningful relationships. By growing through referrals and invitations, we maintain a high-quality community where members can connect with confidence.

Is there a limit on membership?

Yes. Each MAD'B chapter is intentionally limited to 250 members to preserve the quality of relationships and ensure every member has the opportunity to build meaningful connections.

When are the networking events held?

MAD'B hosts one networking evening on the last Saturday of every month, beginning at 5PM, followed by a social gathering.

Do I have to attend every event?

No. Attendance is never mandatory. However, members are encouraged to participate regularly to build stronger relationships, but there are no attendance requirements.

Is MAD'B like BNI or other networking organizations?

No. MAD'B is not a referral-based organization. There are no mandatory referrals, weekly meetings, or presentation requirements. We focus on building genuine relationships in a relaxed, social environment where business opportunities develop naturally.

What happens if the membership limit is reached?

Once the chapter reaches its membership cap, new applicants are placed on a waiting list. Membership becomes available as vacancies arise or when a new chapter is launched.

Can my membership be revoked?

Yes. MAD'B is built on trust, respect, and professionalism. Members who repeatedly violate the Code of Conduct, engage in unethical behavior, or negatively impact the community may have their membership suspended or terminated at the discretion of the Founding Team.
